Choose the right programme
Choosing the right programme will help you to develop skills for the long term, your career and personal development. The skills that you might develop including problem-solving, strategic and analytical skills, creative thinking, and assimilating new ideas.
You can choose our programmes to help you reach your full potential. If you successfully complete the programme, you will be awarded a bachelor degree from Universitas Airlangga and from our overseas partners (if you take a dual/double degree).
General Requirements
A. INDONESIAN APPLICANTS :
- Applicants who graduated from SMA/MA/SMK/MAK or any equivalent school 2022 and 2023 must have a graduation certificate.
- Applicants who graduated from high schools in 2024 must have a letter stating that the applicants have graduated from high schools with specific major (science or social sciences). The letter must be signed by the school principal and with the applicants’ recent photo attached.
- English Language Proficiency as indicated by TOEFL IBT (Score 60) or TOEFL CBT (Score 173), TOEFL ITP (Score 500), IELTS (Score 5.5), Airlangga English Language Proficiency Test – ELPT (Score 500).
- Having no health issues that might disrupt the applicant’s study.
- Having Portfolio (Letter of Personal Statement that covers education achievement, experiences and awards (academic and non-academics) received in senior high school, Letter of Motivation and Commitment that covers motivation and reasons for choosing the study program, including a description of financial support during the study)
B. INDONESIAN APPLICANTS (WNI) GRADUATED FROM OVERSEAS HIGH SCHOOL
- English Language Proficiency as indicated by TOEFL IBT (Score 60) or TOEFL CBT (Score 173), TOEFL ITP (Score 500), IELTS (Score 5.5), Airlangga English Language Proficiency Test – ELPT (Score 500).
- Having no health issues that might disrupt the applicant’s study.
- Having Portfolio (Letter of Personal Statement that covers education achievement, experiences and awards (academic and non-academics) received in senior high school, Letter of Motivation and Commitment that covers motivation and reasons for choosing the study program, including a description of financial support during the study)
C. INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS:
- Applicants who graduated from High School or equivalent in 2022 and 2023 must have a graduate certificate.
- Applicants who graduated from high schools in 2024 must have a letter stating that the applicants have graduated from high schools with specific major (science or social sciences). The letter must be signed by the school principal and with the applicants’ recent photo attached.
- English Language Proficiency as indicated by TOEFL IBT (Score 60) or TOEFL CBT (Score 173), TOEFL ITP (Score 500), IELTS (Score 5.5), Airlangga English Language Proficiency Test – ELPT (Score 500).
- Having no health issues that might disrupt the applicant’s study.
- Having Motivation Letter that covers reason to pursue a spesific degree, the qualities that the candidate can bring to the program, and why Universitas Airlangga is the best option for the candidate

Admission Requirements
- For International applicants, holding a Letter of Consent from the Government of The Republic of Indonesia once accepted as a student in IUP.
- Must have a recommendation letter from the Embassy of Republic of Indonesian Embassy in the student’s country of residence
- Must have adequate health status assessed by the Medical Teams of Universitas Airlangga when accepted as a student in IUP.
